This legally binding agreement governs all food purchases, custom baking orders, deliveries, and communications conducted with TheFoodbakers entity across all service channels.

2. How does a customer officially accept these operational terms?

By placing a food order via phone call, submitting custom baking requests on WhatsApp, or finalizing a pickup at our office, you explicitly acknowledge and accept these structural terms.

3. What are the core user obligations regarding order accuracy?

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all structural order specifications, design templates, ingredient lists, allergy notices, and delivery coordinates provided are completely accurate.

4. What are the payment terms enforced for standard and bulk orders?

Standard orders are fulfilled based on Cash on Counter or Cash on Delivery (COD). Bulk catering orders require a mandatory advance deposit clearance before kitchen preparation begins.

5. How does the shop handle menu price fluctuations?

We reserve the right to modify menu valuations and product prices at any time without prior formal notice to account for daily ingredient market shifts across Karachi markets.

6. What is the policy regarding product availability and substitutions?

All menu items are subject to real-time batch availability. In rare scenarios where a specific ingredient is exhausted, we will contact you to propose an equivalent substitute.

7. What are the official guidelines regarding health and food allergies?

Our items may contain or come into contact with common allergens like wheat, dairy, eggs, or nuts. It is the customer’s absolute duty to inform us of severe food allergies prior to order confirmation.

8. What limits of liability apply to TheFoodbakers?

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheFoodbakers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delivery delays, subjective taste variations, or customer misuse of stored items.

9. What constitutes an unauthorized use of your business identity?

Customers are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or commercially exploiting our brand name, logo layouts, menu descriptions, or baking recipes without explicit written authorization from management.

10. Under what conditions can the shop refuse service to a client?

We reserve the absolute right to cancel current bookings, reject incoming orders, or terminate services to any individual displaying abusive behavior towards our kitchen or delivery staff.

11. What is the legal governing law for resolving transaction disputes?

These structural terms and conditions are governed by and construed in strict accordance with the provincial and federal consumer laws operational in Karachi, Pakistan.

12. How does the business handle events of Force Majeure?

We are completely exempt from service defaults or shipping failures arising from events beyond our realistic control, including natural disasters, civic strikes, official lockdowns, or widespread utility outages.

13. Can these Terms and Conditions be structurally modified?

Yes. Management reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued patronage after revisions implies formal acceptance of the modified operating frameworks.

14. What are the structural rules regarding the storage and expiry of items?

Our food products are fresh and completely free of artificial preservatives. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper refrigeration or inadequate storage conditions post-delivery.
